IWSC Group enhances its position in the arts

IWSC Group has partnered with New York based Art Market Productions.

The events company IWSC Group, which took its first step into the art market last year by partnering with London’s Moniker Art Fair, has announced a second partnership with New York-based Art Market Productions. This deal adds a further five US-based art fairs to its portfolio.

Art Market Productions was founded in 2011 by Jeffrey Wainhause and Max Fishko and offers a an art fair that focuses on connecting collectors with dealers.

Group CEO of the IWSC Group Allen Gibbons said: “I am absolutely delighted with the new partnership. Our vision is all about delighting; inspiring and connecting people through great experiences, something Art Market Productions do exceptionally well. The art market is very exciting at the moment and the fairs that Art Market Productions host give the IWSC Group a strong presence in contemporary art across the US.”

Art Market Productions managing partner Max Fishko added: “This Partnership is a continuation of the work Jeffrey and I have been doing for the last six years – striving to provide the best possible visitor experience at all of our fairs and events. Partnering with a company that possesses such incredible know-how in the culinary space will open up countless opportunities to enhance the experience for visiting collectors, institutional partners, and exhibitors alike. The Art Market Productions team produce five events:

  • Art on Paper, New York, eighty-five top galleries presenting paper-based art
  • Art Market San Francisco, the Bay Area’s longest-running modern and contemporary art fair
  • Market Art + Design, fine art and design in the centre of Bridgehampton
  • Texas Contemporary, Houston’s leading art fair featuring a wide range of works and mediums and in-depth partnerships with the city’s arts community
  • Miami Project, a blend of contemporary and historical work
