AIM Communication, part of AIM Group, has acquired the majority stake in Gas Communication, a PR and media relations agency specialising in the health sector.
AIM Communication takes over the management of Gas Communication and Gianluca Scavo, new CEO of AIM Communication said: “This additional investment in the area of communication and digital enhances our capacity to help our clients achieve their communication goals and gives us the opportunity to reach new clients, in line with our ambitious development plan”.
AIM Communication, launched in June 2020, is a specialised hub and, in addition to Gas Communication, its network includes agencies Vangogh, Nautes and the Fandango Club.
Gas Communication’s value will be in opening up collaboration across all AIM Group companies for projects that today involve third-party suppliers and it is likely to generate new opportunities, not least with collaboration with PalazziGas Events, an agency specialised in live communication.

The AIM Group International has worked in the meeting and event management industry for almost 60 years and offers PCO and association management services, with a strong specialism in healthcare and pharma meetings.
