Brand experience agency Cheerful Twentyfirst opens New York office

Creative brand experience agency Cheerful Twentyfirst has put down some new roots in the US, with the opening of a New York office. Now the company has a 24-strong, global workforce and New York represents the second office for the UK-based agency.

Cheerful Twentyfirst’s New York will allow the agency to support the growing needs of its international clients.

CEO Steve Quah said: “The New York office opens as a direct result of increasing work in the US and will allow us to better service those clients with on-the-ground support, and within a complimentary time zone.”

“We also see this as a strategic business move to support our current US client base ahead of Brexit, allowing our customers to benefit from in-market billing and direct USD-Euro transactions, a move that secures our position as a global partner to our customers that operate in multiple markets.”

Zachary Tranter has been brought on as New York-based project director to head up the US offering. Tranter joins with eight years of experience leading global projects and extensive knowledge of international event markets.

Tranter added: “The event landscape has been transformed in the last six months. It makes strategic and commercial sense to have a localised, in-market solution for our US clients. I am thrilled to take my experience of working across markets and apply it to this new role.”

The international move is wholly supported by Aeorema Communications, the group owner of Cheerful Twentyfirst and venue sourcing agency Eventful Limited.
