EUROPE – Following recent announcements in regards to its management buyout with CIMGlobal, Congrex Holland has rebranded to become CIMGlobal.
Along with the name change the global company has launched a new website (cimglobal.net) and updated its visual identity.
Congrex Holland BV, has 27 professionals in offices in Amsterdam, Noordwijk and Rome, and has over 32 years of experience as a PCO for a variety of industries.
“After the announcement of the management buyout we have received many positive responses and already signed new and continued business,” said MD Jarno de Boer (pictured). “Since the new ownership is in place we have worked hard in order to integrate our services and work with our new colleagues around the world. The rebranding feels like the logical step in that process.”
The addition of the European office makes CIMGlobal one of the largest organisers in its market with over 630,000 participants handled in 111 cities in 26 countries globally over the past five years.
In related news, the management of Congrex Switzerland together with private investors have injected CHF 1.5m (US$1.7m) in the company’s equity, to complete the company’s realignment and sustain its strategy of continuous organic growth.
“All the congresses this year for which we deliver servives have increasing figures and our clients and suppliers continue to give us encouraging feedback,” said MD of Congrex Switzerland, Alain Pittet. “The financial strength helps us to continue to contract new business and renew existing agreements.”
