Hampton by Hilton opens hotel number 2,500

Global hotel brand Hampton by Hilton has reported reaching the ‘2,500 hotels open’ mark and its largest pipeline in history – 700 properties and more than 93,000 rooms.

Hampton by Hilton Lima San Isidro in Peru became hotel number 2,500.

Hilton – now in its100th anniversary year – offers nearly 260,000 rooms worldwide across 27 countries and territories.

Shruti Gandhi Buckley, Global Head, Hampton by Hilton, said: “The opening of Hampton’s 2,500th property demonstrates the brand’s winning growth strategy, based on three core pillars: commitment to delivering unparalleled customer service, category leading product and amenity innovation, and Hilton’s ongoing investment in the brand.”

Buckley says a key to the brand’s success is that each property is unique, based on local market-based variations, but comes with brand consistency in products such as Wi-Fi and commitment to guest satisfaction, all backed by the 100% Hampton Guarantee.

Hampton is part of Hilton Honors®, the guest-loyalty programme for Hilton’s 17 hotel brands. A Hilton Honors mobile app allows members to check-in, choose their room and access their room using a Digital Key.
