Gathering 600 global participants, the 7th edition of the IMEXrun at IMEX in Frankfurt took place at the Frankfurt riverfront, 16 May.
Open to all IMEX participants, the IMEXrun is an important part of IMEX’s “Be Well at IMEX” initiatives that include a selection of health & wellbeing education sessions.
The IMEXrun concept was developed by events by tlc, driven by its strong belief in the unique ability that sport has to enhance corporate responsibility, personal development and the practice of a healthier life.
Diogo Assis, group events by tlc CEO stated: “We are proud that this fun run grew to the point it became crucial for many as a way to balance the intense work days at IMEX and also happy that the industry adopted in large scale such an initiative which offsets all the great social events around IMEX and connect people through sports”.
A new addition to this year’s run was the team sponsor Simpleview along with Switzerland.
Switzerland Convention & Incentive Bureau project manager, Nicole Bühlmann stated: “The balance between work and recreation should also be taken into consideration for a meeting, a congress or at a fair.”
