Commenting on his new appointment, Tuqan said: “Having worked with Jumeirah early on in my career I have always admired this iconic, home-grown global brand. I’m incredibly excited to be given the opportunity to lead the Jumeirah brand’s evolution.”

Elsewhere, Tarek Madanat has been appointed as the new director of sales and marketing at Jumeirah at Etihad Towers, a signature hub on Abu Dhabi’s skyline. The landmark complex features retail, high-end dining, luxury residences and a 5-star hotel.
