Global PCO Kenes Group and the BestCities Global Alliance of a dozen destinations have created a portfolio of fresh ‘editorials’ for the destinations’ potential clients.
Each of the 12 convention bureaus worked with Kenes to collect information on their local facilities and experiences – relevant to both association clients and delegates, and then produced targeted articles for each audience. The features also hold information on experiences that Kenes Group had in each destination.
Paul Vallee, Managing Director of the BestCities Global Alliance, said: “We seek out partners to be able to do things we wouldn’t be able to on our own, to expand our skillsets, resources, and offerings. That’s how you create something of value.
“As a professional congress organiser, the close collaboration with Kenes Group is very meaningful to BestCities, giving us the chance to work together and to build something creative and fresh that one may not have otherwise been able to do.”
“It is exciting to see that such partnerships and collaborations become a norm in our industry, creating a smooth mechanism that serves all parties beyond the logistics,” said Audrey Alloul, AVP Sales & Business Development at Kenes Group. “For Kenes, it is a pleasure to work closely with BestCities Global Alliance, as is collaborating with each of the member CVBs. In 2019, we are going to work with almost half of these destinations bringing Kenes-organised events and we are looking forward to creating memories that will last, for both our clients and their delegates alike.”
Kenes Group boasts a team of 350 professionals in 18 offices and 100 long-term clients.
BestCities Global Alliance includes Berlin, Bogotá, Cape Town, Copenhagen, Dubai, Edinburgh, Houston, Madrid, Melbourne, Singapore, Tokyo and Vancouver.
