Marina Bay Sands launches interactive mobile app, Pocket Concierge

ASIA – Marina Bay Sands, Singapore, has launched Pocket Concierge, a complimentary mobile app which offers guests a fast and convenient way to explore the integrated resort.

iPhone and Android smartphone users can connect instantly with Marina Bay Sands and have access to information about events and attractions even before they arrive in Singapore.

The app allows access to information, directions, offers and virtual tours, and as such, offers a different way for users to interact with Marina Bay Sands.

Guests can navigate their way around the property and take advantage of the in-app search function to find content using keywords to locate certain brands at The Shoppe at Marina Bay Sands, and filter for celebrity chef restaurants and casual dining options by price or cuisine type.

“We are always reinventing new ways to engage with our guests,” says Senior Vice President at Marina Bay Sands, Mark Juliano. “Following the launch of The Social Pavilion in May this year Pocket Concierge presents endless possibilities in the way we connect with out guests using technology. The mobile app enables users to be kept abreast of the destination offerings, and will enhance the way people experience Marina Bay Sands, from wherever they are.”

The app also features a Wayfinding technology that offers customised point A to point B routes, making it easier to ind the location of an event, landmark or store.
