A new venue in Mexico, Barceló Maya Riviera, is set to open before the end of the year.
It will be an all-inclusive resort with a convention centre at its heart, offering more than 17,650sqm and capacity for 8,000 delegates.
The venue divides into two convention areas with multipurpose spaces for expos, congresses and events. It is the most modern convention venue in Mexico’s Maya Riviera and is set along two miles of turquoise waters and a coral reef.
The Mexican Caribbean resort also boasts 850 luxurious Junior Suites and Suites, four gourmet restaurants and four swimming pools.
The hotel and its 850 rooms will be open in December 2019, the Barceló management says, while the Barceló Maya Arena, as the new convention centre will be named, is set to open in May 2020.
