Global engagement and marketing agency MCI has appointed Oscar Cerezales as chief strategy officer (CSO).
In his new role, Cerezales will guide MCI’s strategy, alliances, and partnerships to support clients’ go-to-market plans. He will be responsible for driving and integrating hybrid business models, technology, sustainability, and creative solutions.
Cerezales has extensive experience in the international meetings and events industry, having worked for the company for almost 15 years across Europe, APAC and LATAM. He has had responsibility for corporate brand operations and association relations.
“We are firm believers in not predicting the future but rather creating it,” said Cerezales. “We guide our clients on how to embrace the requirements for tomorrow.”
Sebastien Tondeur added: “Innovation in technology and data has brought about the fourth industrial revolution, reinventing the way people work, collaborate, and consume, and how organisations create, innovate, and sell. We must also commit to helping the world move forward sustainably. In this role, Oscar will help our long-term clients to grow together with MCI and shape their future.”
