Vista delivers 1,500-delegate conference to world-leading retailer

Creative communications consultancy and event specialists Vista have delivered Walmart’s International Associates Conference in Arkansas, USA to 1,500 delegates.

The award-winning agency was appointed in October 2015 to deliver the event for the world-leading retailer with more than 6,300 stores globally. They were asked to create an experience that would engage Walmart employees through a strong agenda, powerful presentations and interactive entertainment.

The Leeds and London-based agency utilised their core services to deliver the live event on 1 June with film, production management and content creation to attendees from 10 countries.

The content included culture presentations from Canada, Central America, Japan and India. The agenda also included 16 award presentations, including International Associate of the Year, an International Lip Sync Challenge and some unique illusions from American magician sensation Justin Flom.

Since Vista rebranded in early 2015, the agency has continued to grow in new markets including, international, automotive and technology with a number of new talent and expertise joining the business. Alongside this they have been acknowledged for their creative services and facilities across their Leeds and London sites with a series of award wins.
