EUROPE – Amsterdam’s Beurs van Berlage venue is the host for next week’s International Congress and Convention Association (ICCA) Research, Sales and Marketing Programme conference (RSMP). Some 150 delegates are expected 12-15 July. ICCA is headquartered in Amsterdam and its CEO Martin Sirk (pictured) said: “Amsterdam is a truly international city and has long ranked among the top 10 European cities in terms of the number of international conferences it hosts. Our headquarters are also based in Amsterdam, which means we have plenty of staff on hand”. “Beurs van Berlage has been growing for years and has proven itself to be a reliable and experienced partner,” Sirk added. RSMP primarily focuses on how associations with the potential to organise a conference can best be identified and approached. There will also be sessions on dealing with conference content and ensuring that the organiser’s message is effectively communicated at the event.
