New group business development manager appointed at etc.venues, UK

UK provider of urban non-residential event venues, etc.venues has appointed Anthony Kwokori (pictured) as group business development manager. He is responsible for generating new business across all 15 etc.venues in the UK. Kwokori was previously at the Barbican Centre in London for more than five years, most recently as business events account manager. He was also for three years a member of the Next Generation, then Diversity & Inclusion Boards of industry association Beam while with the Barbican Centre. Declan Cassidy, director of sales at etc.venues says “Following all our recent news – acquisition by Convene, the expansion of 155 Bishopsgate and our plans to expand in the UK and into Europe, Anthony has joined at a very exciting time in our business development. His experience will be highly valuable.” Kwokori says: “I am so pleased to have joined etc.venues at such an exciting time of growth.
