H4 Hotel Wyndham Paris Pleyel Resort marks a year since opening on 16 July 2024, days before the Olympic Games. Originally built in the early 1970s as a 39-storey office tower on the site of the historic Pleyel piano factory, the building fell into disuse by the 2000s.
A major redevelopment began in 2017, led by architects Sretchko Markovic and Axel Schoenert, turning the structure into a contemporary, sustainable hotel and conference centre.
