BCD Travel has partnered with Airbus in its four European home markets: France, Germany, Spain and the United Kingdom. These markets have joined BCD’s existing Airbus partnerships in Canada, China, India, and the United States.
The company has reported that it will be providing Airbus with a digital service in four languages through a virtual service platform. The service will consist of a team of travel agents and BCD’s traveller app, TripSource.
BCD’s team will service all 110,000 Airbus travellers in the newly partnered markets by providing longer support hours and travel itinerary management through TripSource.
Lutz Nauert, senior vice president, global program management for EMEA at BCD Travel, said: “With this virtual platform, we’re contributing to the streamlining of Airbus’ business travel management processes in all four markets.”
