ICCA gives its marketing award a makeover to celebrate creativity in a pandemic

During a year of lockdown, the meetings industry has opened many doors to creativity and the International Congress and Meetings Association (ICCA)’s 2021 ICCA Best Marketing Award will celebrate many of those achievements under the theme of ‘marketing through transformation’. 

ICCA’s annual award has been given a makeover to reflect the challenges faced in marketing efforts during the pandemic. The association wants to see the unique efforts made that have demonstrated the industry’s resilience and innovation in the face of the pandemic.
