From 5-10 July Catie Owen visited the luxurious Clayoquot Wilderness Lodge on Vancouver Island, British Columbia, Canada, courtesy of Destination Canada. A fully wellness-infused incentive locale, offering a variety of outdoorsy activities after a morning of meetings in the tents at the centre of ‘town’. Among other activities, Destination Canada’s group experienced a summit-top glacial plunge after a hike to Ursus Mountain, saw marine wildlife by boat, explored the campground by kayak, and indulged in a full suite of spa activities. Even better? The island is only a short seaplane flight away for delegates coming from the hustle and bustle of metropolitan Vancouver itself.
