International consultancy specialising in business events and destination management, jwc, has announced a strategic partnership with the Maharashtra Convention Bureau (MCB) to support the development and international positioning of the Indian state as a premier destination for global business events.
The partnership was formalised through a Memorandum of Understanding signed by both parties in the presence of senior representatives from the government of Maharashtra.
Under the agreement, jwc will provide strategic advisory services, international market expertise and access to its global industry network to support the the Maharashtra Convention Bureau’s growth and efforts to attract events. The bureau has been established to attract international conventions, exhibitions and business events to Mumbai and other key cities across the state.
