On Location, the Endeavor-owned premium experiences, hospitality, and travel specialist, has announced it has made a strategic investment in Wiz-Team, a Swiss-based event and data management technology solution. The investment will see the integration of Wiz-Team’s technology and software across the On Location portfolio, with a focus on enhancing guest registration and communication, accreditation, accommodation, and access control. The companies have already collaborated on guest management services across VIP experiences, travel, and hospitality offerings, including the Olympic and Paralympic Games (for which On Location is the official, exclusive hospitality provider through to the Los Angeles 2028 Olympic and Paralympic Games), Super Bowl, and the Aer Lingus Classic. Melissa Bryan, executive vice-president, technology and strategy operations, On Location, commented: “Wiz-Team is the best in the business, and we have seen first-hand the game-changing impact their software and services have on large-scale events. Adding their innovative, scalable capabilities and technology to our global offerings will super-charge our guest experience and bolster our position as the ultimate end-to-end hospitality provider for sports, entertainment, and lifestyle events.” Johann Woringer, CEO, Wiz-Team, added: “We are thrilled about our new strategic partnership with On Location. This collaboration provides us with a unique and exciting opportunity to drive our product and service offering within the hospitality space.” He said the investment was timely as Wiz Team was scaling up considerably and planning to expand its presence in the US. Wiz-Team is also the Official Games Management System Supplier of the Commonwealth Games and is working with SailGP and European Athletics.
