International events and live marketing agency, VOK DAMS has announced it is expanding its service portfolio by building a certified in-house team of Cvent experts. The idea is to allow Cvent customers to specifically book capacities with specialised Cvent expertise at VOK DAMS.
The Cvent-certified event specialists will assist in the planning and execution of events and ensure integration of the Cvent platform into existing software ecosystems such as Salesforce, SAP, and HubSpot.
The announcement was made during Cvent’s customer and industry conference, Cvent Accelerate in Berlin. The conference, which attracted hundreds of event professionals, hoteliers and marketers, prioritised practical education, discussions and localised networking designed to equip attendees with tools and insights to thrive in today’s dynamic MICE landscape.
VOK DAMS CEO Colja Dams also gave a keynote presentation at the conference on how artificial intelligence is transforming the event industry.
Cvent provides a global meetings, events and hospitality technology platform to event organisers and marketers for online event registration, venue selection, event marketing and management, virtual, hybrid and onsite solutions, and attendee engagement. VOK DAMS worldwide client list includes BMW, Bayer, L’Oréal, Lamborghini, Porsche and SAP, for which they create live, digital and hybrid productions.
