On stage and behind the scenes, CMW takes you on a visual tour inside IBTM Arabia 2018, which took place at Jumeirah at Etihad Towers in Abu Dhabi, 5-7 February. Rohit Talwar, global futurist and CEO of Fast Future, headlined the event as keynote speaker. Talwar provided insight on how the MICE industry can anticipate, respond and benefit from an emerging future in a world of constant chance. With 12 networking events held over the three-day-long show, the programme included a panel session led by ICCA (International Congress and Convention Association) on destination competitiveness. Hosted buyers; regional and international suppliers attended the event – the latter group including Azerbaijan Convention Bureau, Czech Tourism Authority, Singapore Tourism Board and the United Nations Conference Centre.
