Airmeet relaunches virtual event

Bengalaru-based virtual events platform Airmeet will relaunch its virtual conference, Engage Virtual, to take place 1 and 7 July 2021. The 2019 start up by IIT alumni raised US$12m in a November 2020 funding round led by Sequoia Capital and Redpoint Ventures. The Engage Virtual event is free to register and will feature speakers, including: Mike Butcher, editor at large at TechCrunch; Elizabeth Irving, senior vice-president, marketing Clarion Events; Martin Fullard, editorial director at Mash Media’ Matt Swenson, editorial director, TSNN and Kathryn Frankson, director of event marketing at Informa. Jack Geddes, founder of EVNTech now Engage Virtual said: “This year, the event is set to be bigger and better.
