Identity Middle East is opening a new office in Ras Al Khaimah, capital city of the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah in the UAE. The expansion is part of Identity’s strategy to expand its operations and better serve clients across the Middle East.

Identity is a live events agency founded in the UK with over 20 years of experience delivering large-scale global events. Its portfolio includes COP26, G7 and the NATO Summit.

In 2023, the company moved to the UAE and has since established a strong reputation in the region, delivering events such as COP28, the Dubai Business Forum for Dubai Chambers, the AVPN Global Conference and the Capital Market Summit.

Dr Ray Tinston, managing director of Identity Middle East, commented on the expansion: “Ras Al Khaimah’s dynamic growth and strategic location make it an ideal base for our operations. The Emirate’s strong commitment to sustainability aligns perfectly with Identity’s core values, enabling us to better serve our clients while contributing to sustainable development in the region.”

Ras Al Khaimah was selected for its proximity to key markets, access to a skilled workforce and favourable business environment.

The Emirate is rising in popularity as a tourist destination; in 2023, Ras Al Khaimah recorded 1.2m overnight arrivals, with a 40% increase in international visitors. The Emirate has also become popular as a destination for international events, hosting conferences like the Arab Aviation Summit, the Pacific Asia Travel Association (PATA) Annual Summit and the World Tourism Forum Lucerne Start-Up Innovation Summit.
