MCI Group announces key leadership appointments

Global marketing, communications and event management specialists MCI group has announced newleadership appointments within its Global Sales Organisation, effective January 2025.

Erin Fuller, MCI USA chief strategy officer, will expand her responsibilities as the newly appointed global head of association solutions. She will develop thought leadership initiatives and strategies for association clients, focusing on strategic growth and success. With expertise in event management, business planning, advocacy, and community building, Fuller brings over 20 years of experience in driving transformation and delivering impactful results.

Laurence Julliard, former strategic account director at MCI, is now global head of client solutions for the corporate sector. She will lead growth initiatives, manage global and regional client pitches, apply proprietary frameworks for client management, and oversee cross-office client service teams. With over 15 years of experience, she specialises in digital transformation, AI, and cybersecurity, aligning corporate client needs with solutions that drive ROI and business transformation.

Both Fuller and Julliard will work in partnership with Oscar Cerezales, chief strategy officer.

Sebastien Tondeur, mci group CEO, stated: “These appointments highlight our commitment to growth.”

Cathie Cusin and Nikki Walker leave the global leadership team through retirement, although Walker will remain connected as a part-time as a strategic consultant.
