Prague-based organiser of MICE forums, Europe Congress, has announced its 2026 event calendar featuring six strategically located forums across the continent.
Event professionals can find out all about the meetings potential of the CEE region at MCE Central & Eastern Europe in Sofia, Bulgaria, 8–10 February 2026. The event connects regional service providers with international planners eyeing business in this fast-growing market. The venue is the Grand Hotel Millennium Sofia.
Second up is the Events Club Associations Forum, an event for associations and PCOs planning large-scale events. This takes place 8–10 March 2026 in Budapest at the Corinthia Budapest hotel, and is a networking event for event planners representing international associations.
MCE North & West Europe comes to Copenhagen, Denmark, 12–14 April 2026. Held at the AC Hotel Bella Sky, allowing service providers in North and West Europe to meet with event planners currently intending to expand their business in the region.
The second edition of Europe Congress’ newest event, Events Club Life Sciences Forum – designed specifically for event planners in the life sciences industry – will be held 7–9 June 2026 at the Clayton Hotel in Düsseldorf. It will cater to MICE professionals in pharma, biotech, and health & science events.
Events Club Forum, Europe Congress’ flagship event, will be held for the fifth consecutive year in Prague, Czech Republic, August 30–September 1, 2026. This three-day event at Prague Congress Centre, the top congress centre in Czechia.
Finally MCE South Europe will be held in Valencia, Spain, 18–20 October 2026 at the Meliá Valencia.
