The International Congress and Convention Association (ICCA) is calling on all members to submit 2025 governmental meetings data for a new ranking that claims to offer a more nuanced perspective of the global meetings landscape. The new ranking will recognise that governmental meetings also operate under different structures and processes compared with association meetings.

To qualify meetings must be organised by international or regional intergovernmental organisations and national governmental meetings are not accepted. There is no minimum attendance required or minimum rotation of meetings.

The submission deadline is 15 September 2025. Download the Submission Template and send completed to Kavitha Pragalathan at research@iccaworld.org by the deadline.
