Sydney’s North Shore has a new conference and events space since 1 October, with the opening of Newgreens Chatswood, a precinct blending dining, golf, wellness and community. Newgreens can host events ranging from strategy sessions and corporate gatherings to festive end-of-year parties. Five minutes from Chatswood CBD and surrounded by a tranquil green valley, it offers a rare mix of connectivity and escape.
”Newgreens is set to redefine how Sydney celebrates and connects,” says Newgreens Chatswood general manager Michael Fantuz. “Our event spaces balance sophistication and flexibility, whether you’re hosting an intimate board meeting, a team celebration or an end-of-year gathering for up to 200 guests.”
Opening as Newgreens’ largest venue, the Ballroom seats up to 160, or 200 for cocktail-style events. There is a smaller Boardroom purpose-built for meetings, workshops or private dining, and a ground floor BBQ area can be used for summer celebrations, corporate golf days or casual networking.
There is also a 26-seat theatre available for product launches, private screenings or team nights. In early 2026, the precinct will also unveil Australia’s first purpose-built 12-hole golf course and a wellness facility.
