Professional Convention Management Association (PCMA) is expanding PCMA Insights, its series of industry reports designed to help corporate, association and destination marketing leaders navigate rapid change across the global business events landscape.
Developed with MCI, the research gives decision-makers practical, forward-looking intelligence to inform strategy, event investment and market positioning over the next 18-24 months. The additional reports are complimentary for PCMA and CEMA members, and available to non-members for $279 per year.
Anchored by the PCMA 2026 Outlook Report, PCMA Insights’ current four-part Sector Report Series is nearing completion. Financial Services and Healthcare & Life Sciences reports are already available, each paired with a live webinar this past May and July. The remaining two Reports – Information Communications & Technology, and Retail – will become available in September and November, respectively.
Insights will add SHAPE the Future: Leadership 4.0 to be released during Convening Leaders 2027. Developed with Fruition Co., this report explores the leadership capabilities executives need most as AI reshapes the business events industry.
“Business events strategists are being asked to deliver more impact, with greater accountability, in an environment where change is the only constant,” said Sherrif Karamat, president & CEO, PCMA and CEMA. “PCMA Insights was created to meet that challenge head-on. These reports give corporate, association and destination marketing executives actionable intelligence – not simply to understand what’s happening in their markets today, but to shape the economic and social transformation that business events can drive tomorrow.”
To date, more than 1,000 downloads reflect the demand – 648 from PCMA and CEMA members, and 368 from non-members.
