Antwerp is preparing to welcome up to 400 dental professionals and researchers for the Digital Dentistry Unlocked conference. Run by the Digital Dentistry Society, the conference runs at Hilton Antwerp Old Town 16-7 October 2026, following a day of workshops and society meetings on 15 October.
The annual conference brings together an international community to examine how digital technology is changing dental care. This year’s programme covers AI-based imaging, digital orthodontics and endodontics, clinical 3D printing and bioprinting.
The Digital Dentistry Society has more than 1,000 active members across 70 countries.
Antwerp brings together strengths in health research and digital innovation, while researchers at the University of Antwerp use 3D design and printing to develop equipment for research and clinical use.
Veerle Peeters, sales director from Antwerp Convention Bureau, said: “We look forward to welcoming the Digital Dentistry Society to Antwerp. The conference is asking how new technology can improve care in the real world, a question that resonates with the work taking place across our city’s health and digital communities.”
The conference gala dinner will take place at Grand Café Horta, bringing delegates together in one of the city’s Art Nouveau settings.
