Aventri adds 1,500 venues to its database with new partnership

Event technology company Aventri has added another 1,500 non-traditional venues to its database, in a new partnership with VenueBook.

Users of Aventri’s event management software will now be able to use VenueBook’s integrated direct booking technology, and all the venues on its database. The tool provides real-time access to available space and transparent pricing.

The platform will become part of Aventri Strategic Venue Sourcing. The aim is to offer event planners an ‘all-in-one’ platform for everything from sourcing and negotiating to contracting, paying and reporting.

Brad Langley, Vice President, Channel and Partner Management, said: “This is a unique product offering. After integrating our Strategic Venue Sourcing solution into the Aventri platform, we realized VenueBook is the next logical step in our mission to streamline procurement for busy planners.

“Our integration with VenueBook will give them the ease and efficiency of direct booking along with access to unique event space in top U.S. markets. It will also provide robust reporting capabilities to help deliver a solid return on every meeting.”
