AMERICAS – International hospitality, travel and hotel company, Carlson, has recruited a new President and CEO. Trudy Rautio will take up the post following the resignation of Hubert Joly, who had been in the position since 2008. Joly will become CEO at US retail company Best Buy.

Carlson is the $4.5bn management company behind international hotel brands such as Radisson, Park Plaza, Park Inn by Radisson; The Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group; and international event management agency, Carlson Wagonlit Travel.
