EUROPE – Zaneta Berus (pictured), CEO of EXPO XXI Warszawa, was awarded the Personality of the Year award in the ‘Manager of a Venue’ category at an awards ceremony organised by the MICE Poland magazine.
The idea behind the awards is to honour individuals who have shown a special commitment to the development of the MICE industry in Poland in the past year.
Other winners included:
- Agnieszka Majkowska, head of development and sales support in Prudential Polska (principal category)
- Marta Dunin-Michalowska, president of Mea Group (organiser category)
- Adam Zagajewski, president of Triangoo (subcontractor category).
