The Nordic MICE Summit returns in June 2026, and will gather industry leaders in Copenhagen’s Hotel Ottilia for a 3rd edition, 4-6 June, with an extension to 7 June for a selected group of hosted buyers to Helsingborg, Sweden. The 2026 Summit’s central theme for 2026 will be ‘Shaping Tomorrow’s Experiences’, and reflects a commitment to innovation, sustainability, and the human connections that define successful events.
The host Hotel Ottilia is housed in the historic Carlsberg district and it is where organisers will deliver a programme, including tailored 1:1 meetings, networking receptions and destination experiences.
There will be a strong emphasis on sustainability – both environmental and social and the Summit 26 is committed to reducing its environmental footprint while enhancing value for participants. Hotel Ottilia’s own approach to eco-friendly hospitality will serve as a living case study.
