Tülin Sipahiler (pictured), founder of Crowdsol, talks to CMW about the future of event technology and the role that Crowdsol aims to play in it.

1. What is Crowdsol?

Created by a team of experienced event organisers and forward-looking digital developers, designers, and technological experts; our team has a passion for quality and will always strive to find the answers to the most challenging questions facing event planners, including time in planning an event, predictable budgets, improving engagement of global attendees, and reducing carbon footprint contributing to saving our planet.

2. What does Crowdsol offer event organisers?

Crowdsol has strived to construct an effective and functional technology platform that organisers will want to use and that their audiences will want to interact with.

Having the end-to-end experience of delivering global events have enabled us to build a solution that will offer our clients productivity and support them to easily create valuable experiences for their global communities.

We’ve created a platform that will feel familiar from day one. We’ve included several time-saving tools such as pre-configured event processes and templates for different event types. Our platform has multiple solutions for a wide range of events, meaning there’s no need for building complex event technology stacks using different software providers.

3. How does the pricing structure work?

For virtual events, our aim is to allow event organisers to bring together their global communities, create valuable experiences at an affordable cost and avoid the high logistic expenses of conventional events. Furthermore, Crowdsol will also offer convenience and services to in person and hybrid events, supporting them in time and cost saving while improving their pre and post event experience.

Transparency is key and our price configurator provides simplified pricing structure without the need for project proposals or tenders.

4. What evidence have you seen that suggests hybrid events are the future?

As the world slowly recovers and gets back to normal, virtual events will continue to grow. While in person events will come back for carefully selected experiences with attendees who can attend, hybrid will extend reach and improve event’s ROI.

In the longer-term, as the Fortnite generation gets older and the Metaverse builds momentum, event technology platform experiences will become the expected format for attendees

We have witnessed the transformation to a time and location independent world. With available technologies the event planner will use all event types based on the needs and convenience of attendees, navigating between choices to optimise the best reach and impact, delivering solid ROI for all their stakeholders. The underlying enabler is event technology platforms such as Crowdsol. Therefore, the issue is about having choices that maximise desired impact of events.

5. How can you measure the success of audience engagement?

We take measurement and ROI very seriously and are building a dynamic KPI library into Crowdsol that planners can build their own dashboards and management panels. Our dynamic KPI library is a perfect combination of flexibility and standardisation that’ll cater for every planner’s personalised needs.

Using available technologies creatively, we’ve built tools that will enhance the attendee experience and through our dashboard event planners will have access to a more granular impact assessment.
