Business travel company CTI has appointed Melanie Quinn as director of client management. She will be based in the Manchester office.
Quinn joins from Etihad Airways where she was sales manager, North for almost five years.
Working alongside CTI’s CEO Clive Wratten, Melanie will be part of the senior management team and will be responsible for developing client partnerships and customer service.

Quinn added: “I am very excited to be joining the CTI team, a trusted and reputable travel partner for business. With my background in managing both local and global contracts with SAS and the Star Alliance, I look forward to my experience playing a role in the company.”
At Etihad, Melanie has experience of building a strong account management team, increasing revenues from the region to £38m and delivering the business plan for Etihad’s newest offering from Edinburgh, Scotland, in June this year.
Prior to this, in 2005 Melanie moved from bmi in London to be Corporate Account Manager North for SAS, managing its largest UK corporate account.
