El Attal Holding has entered a strategic partnership with event and concert organiser Venture Lifestyle to launch Egypt’s inaugural winter entertainment hub with a total investment of USD 10m, situating the venture within The 101 project, a flagship residential and commercial development in Mostakbal City, east of Cairo. This collaboration represents a significant expansion of Egypt’s urban entertainment infrastructure, aligning with the national objective to promote real estate as an export sector while elevating Egypt’s profile as a destination for regional tourism and investment.
The Winter Entertainment Hub is being introduced as a key anchor for The 101, which is currently under development by Attal Properties, a subsidiary of El Attal Holding. The entertainment zone will be fully operated by Venture Lifestyle and is designed to host international concerts, cultural programming and seasonal events.
The selection of The 101 for this concept underscores the project’s strategic location within Mostakbal City and its connectivity via the Middle Ring Road. These factors not only increase accessibility but also support the development’s role as a mixed-use, lifestyle-focused destination.
The winter-themed hub introduces a new entertainment category to the Egyptian market, appealing to a broad demographic and reflecting the growing demand for climate-adaptive, immersive leisure environments in MENA’s urban centres. The project’s design, operational scope and programming will be geared towards both domestic and international audiences, creating year-round activation that supports long-term economic sustainability.
The development is being delivered in partnership with The Arab Contractors and supported by a strong international design and project management team. Partners include YBA Architects, Spanish architect Xavier Vilalta, and INVERSION for project management.
With Egypt’s urbanisation accelerating and Vision 2030 setting clear targets for real estate exports and tourism growth, projects like The 101 serve as pivotal platforms for innovation in community-building and visitor experience design.
