Taking hospitality to new levels

Since opening in early 2024, One&Only One Za’abeel has established itself not just as a world-class hospitality offering, but also a new architectural masterpiece for the city. Featuring a breathtaking cantilever, offering panoramic views of the city skyline, this ultra-luxurious property boasts a collection of exquisite suites, world-class restaurants, and the UAE’s longest infinity pool suspended 100 meters above the ground. Another new name in the hotel scene in Dubai is The Lana Dorchester Collection, which stands tall by the Dubai Water Canal. Among the other openings in 2024 set to add to the city’s hotel inventory is the sprawling Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab. The luxurious hotel will offer 387 rooms and suites and 82 residences, as well as a marina for 82 yachts. Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab also promises integrated wellness and leisure experiences as well as exciting signature restaurants in a new all-in-one dining concept. Meanwhile, the vibrant and upcoming Mama Shelter Dubai will offer over 200 rooms and 80 residences, alongside plenty of spaces for socialising, networking and fun. Guests can catch up on work at the coworking hubs or take a break at the lounges or basketball and volleyball courts. Ciel Tower in Dubai Marina, which is slated to be completed this year, will also offer spectacular views of the marina and easy access to top attractions and nightlife in the city.

Having opened as a key venue during Expo 2020 Dubai, and subsequently being at the heart of the COP28 gathering in 2023 to tackle climate change, Dubai Exhibition Centre is now quickly emerging as a world-class host for international meetings and conferences. Managed by Dubai World Trade Centre and located within Expo City Dubai, Dubai Exhibition Centre spans over 58,000 square metres and is divided into the North and South Halls, comprising 6 halls subdivided into 14 configurations that can host up to 8 events simultaneously. The venue also houses a range of meeting rooms, VIP suites, and majlises located on the upper gallery level with networking facilities and offering panoramic views.
