The sales, marketing and distribution company HotelREZ Hotels & Resorts has announced a new partnership with the global meetings, events and hospitably technology provider Cvent. Under the agreement, HotelREZ will aim to leverage Cvent’s transient sourcing platform to set and promote corporate hotel rates and manage RFPs. Cvent Transient (formerly Lanyon), is an all-in-one platform through which HotelREZ members can manage and measure their corporate business. Mark Lewis, CEO of HotelREZ, commented: “We are thrilled to offer the Cvent Transient RFP tool to our client base as it complements our best in class products and services, and delivers a fully integrated solicitation tool for managing all transient marketing and sales opportunities.” Graham Pope (pictured), vice-president of Cvent sales, added: “We’re also excited to share that HotelREZ will be one of the first Cvent partners to experience our all-new corporate RFP user experience, which will be unveiled later this year, helping to further streamline and enhance the transient sourcing process.”
