IBTM World 2026 has launched a new on-demand hub, giving visitors access to conference sessions and research from its 2025 edition (ahead of this year’s show in November).
The move helps keep the brand active between annual editions. IBTM World last took place in November 2025. The next event is scheduled for 17-19 November 2026 at Fira Barcelona Gran Via.
What’s inside the on-demand hub
The on-demand platform includes more than 40 recorded conference sessions from the 2025 programme. Topics include AI, sustainability, leadership, buyer strategy, behavioural science and experience design.
It also hosts the IBTM World Trends Report 2026. The report covers buyer confidence, investment levels, AI adoption and wider shifts shaping the meetings and events sector.
A third section offers short summaries of each session, designed for users who want key takeaways without having to watch the full recordings.
Year-round content matters
For planners and suppliers, the hub provides a way to stay connected with IBTM content outside the three-day show itself.
Featured 2025 speakers include Nathalie Nahai, behavioural science adviser and author of Webs of Influence; Elfried Samba, co-founder and chief executive of Butterfly Effect; and B. Joseph Pine II, co-author of The Experience Economy.
IBTM World said the platform is designed to help event professionals adapt to change, solve challenges and improve strategy using practical insights from industry speakers.
The 2026 edition of IBTM World returns to Barcelona in November.
