ICC Sydney promotes Rachael Tsicalas to lead national associations team

A major career milestone for Tsicalas. She joined ICC Sydney's team in March 2023. Her promotion recognizes deep expertise in hospitality and associations. Deputy CEO Beverley Parker praised her passion for driving meaningful community outcomes.

International Convention Centre Sydney (ICC Sydney) has announced the promotion of Rachael Tsicalas (pictured) to the role of senior manager, business development national associations. She has been part of the national associations team since joining ICC Sydney in March 2023.

Previously Tsicalas worked at leading hospitality venues, including Luna Park Sydney, the Sydney Opera House, and Aria Catering.

ICC Sydney deputy CEO and chief commercial officer, Beverley Parker said: “Rachael brings extensive industry experience and a deep passion for the association sector, recognising the vital role these organisations play in our communities. “With Rachael and her team working collaboratively alongside our valued national association professionals, ICC Sydney is well-positioned to drive meaningful outcomes and lasting impact.”

Tsicalas said she was “incredibly proud” to take on the new role at ICC Sydney. “It’s a privilege to work with Australia’s leading associations, whose events leave a lasting legacy of education, innovation and community progress.”
