IMA announces 2018 Circle of Excellence winners

CILOYALTY, HMI Performance Incentives, and Motivforce Marketing and Incentives were some of the companies recognised at the Incentive Marketing Association (IMA) 2018 Circle of Excellence Awards, for development of outstanding employee, customer loyalty, sales incentive and recognition programmes.

The IMA presented its 2018 Circle of Excellence Awards, part of the wider IMA Awards (many pictured here), ceremony, during the association’s annual Summit in Newport Beach, California, recently.

The Circle of Excellence Awards recognise development and delivery of outstanding non-cash incentive programmes that motivate employees and win customers.

“The IMA’s Circle of Excellence Awards are more important than ever because they recognise the successful programmes we all want to learn from,” said Mike Landry, CPIM, Circle of Excellence chair and vice-president, special markets, Tumi.

“We’re experiencing a time of tremendous change in the workplace. Employers understand that highly engaged employees are essential to business growth and they’re looking for creative ways to grow sales and improve customer loyalty. “They also want to use technology to save staff time, increase participation and program success, all of which these winning programs have achieved,” Landry added.

・      Consumer Offer/Branding Program/Customer Loyalty Award ─ Motivforce Marketing and Incentives with Celebrity Cruises
