Cvent Connect Europe returned for its second incarnation last week, at the Business Design Centre in Islington. Senior figures in the event tech community met to network, do business and learn where the sector is going in the future. Cvent CEO Reggie Agarwal delivered a keynote on the ‘fourth industrial revolution’,which you can read more about here. There was also a charismatic keynote from former director of events at the White House, Laura Schwartz (pictured top). We also spoke to Cvent’s SVP & Chief Marketing Officer Patrick Smith, who weighed in on the company’s new networking research among other topics.
