UK – London Mayor Boris Johnson will call a press conference next month to announce details about a new promotional agency for London.
The new agency London and Partners will bring tourism promotion activity together with attracting foreign direct investment, business growth and a remit for higher education.
London and Partners will be a public-private partnership and hopes to enable a more co-ordinated approach to presenting London internationally in the run up to the 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games.
The press conference will take place on the morning of 1 April at City Hall.
