Meetingselect, the self-booking platform for meetings and events spaces, has appointed Frank Stoer as chief executive officer, effective 1 April 2026.

Stoer joins from Studytube, the AI-first B2B learning platform, where as strategy director he led the company’s transformation into an AI-first learning and development platform. Before that, he spent over five years at SparkOptimus, an Amsterdam-based digital strategy and transformation consultancy. Stoer succeeds Martin Bergonje, who served as CEO from May 2019 until earlier this year.

“Frank has the commercial sharpness and the scale-up experience Meetingselect needs at this stage,” said Anouk Roohé, founder of Meetingselect.

Stoer added: “Meetingselect has built something real: a global platform with strong product-market fit that both enterprises and venues love, with still a lot of room to evolve and grow. That combination excites me and I’m here to push it.

Meetingselect has just gone live on a renewed and expanded contract with the Government of the Netherlands, now covering Meetings, Groups and Hotel bookings while scaling globally with large tech and pharmaceutical customers.

Meetingselect was founded in 2007 by female entrepreneurs and EY Winning Women Judith Huisman and Anouk Roohé. The company has been named a Deloitte Technology Fast50 company five years running.

In 2022, Meetingselect acquired hospitality tech company Cyberdigma (CHP). Recent milestones include the launch of its AI-powered Booker Dashboard, a partnership with hospitality technology leader Shiji Group, and the rollout of its Meeting Booking Engine for venues and hotels across Asia-Pacific, giving hotels the ability to serve customers directly via their own website with availability and pricing for meeting and event space bookings.
