New health and wellbeing advisor appointed at Melbourne CEC

Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre (MCEC) has appointed a health and wellbeing advisor. Tina Blythman (pictured) will take on the role with a brief to achieve the highest standards and performance in employee mental health and wellbeing by providing a healthy and safe working environment throughout the Centre.

Blythman will lead large-scale and targeted health and wellbeing projects and support the development of guidance and resources to create an integrated model for mental health and wellbeing. She will also take the lead on developing advice and coaching and implementing company-wide health programmes and initiatives.
