Opus Agency, a global experience agency and member of The Opus Group network, has announces the promotion of Barry Keesey to executive vice-president of strategic production. In this new role, Keesey will oversee strategy and performance across the agency’s production division. He will also serve on the Opus Agency executive team, providing recommendations for expanded production capabilities. Keesey brings a background in event production and technical theatre and has worked with companies including Allergan, Amazon, Biogen, CA Technologies, Dell, Gilead, Google, and Microsoft and on major programmes like Google I/O and RSA Conference. Before joining Opus Agency, Keesey was a technical director at Level 2 Design, where helped deliver large-scale events for global companies. In 2018, Opus Agency acquired Level 2 as part of a series of strategic acquisitions. “Barry is a constant leader and innovator. He is an industry-renowned visionary who is always pioneering new ways to elevate everything he touches – our clients’ programmes, his team members, and our agency overall,” said president Dena Lowery.
