AMERICAS – The Professional Convention Management Association (PCMA) Education Foundation has hired Susan Mennenga (pictured) as its new Executive Director.
She will be working on new strategic plans, including supporting new initiatives, like ‘20 in their twenties’, funding the 3rd Industry Business Forum, and growing the Education Foundation’s fundraising efforts.
“Susan brings a wealth of knowledge to the Education Foundation, she has a proven track record as both a leader and a fundraising executive. I have no doubt she will advance the initiatives of the PCMA Education Foundation and cultivate new successes,” said PCMA President & CEO, Deborah Sexton.
Mennenga was most recently the Vice-President of the Presence Mercy Medical Center Foundation and is a certified Master Trainer for the Association of Fundraising Professionals.
The PCMA is a multi-channel professional resource and educator for leaders in the meetings, conventions, events and trade show industries with 6,000 members and 17 chapters throughout the United States, Canada and Mexico. The association also has members in 35 countries.
