Pizzuti back to the future at Ega Worldwide

Italy-based events management company Ega Worldwide has announced that the chair of industry association ICCA’s Mediterranean Chapter, Riccardo Pizzuti (pictured) has re-joined the company on 1 May. He will support the expansion of its international association congress business.

Founded in 1965 by Emma Aru, Ega specialises in association conferences, institutional, governmental, corporate sport events. Recent highlights include work on the G20 Summit in Rome 2021, the Italian Pavilion in EXPO Dubai 2020, WorldSleep Congress 2021, EXPO 2015 in Milan, the G7

Conference in Taormina 2017, the organisation of the World Congress WAIMH 2018 in Rome. Ega is also Core PCO of the ESVS – European Society of Vascular Surgery.

Gaetano Maria Dieni, head of marketing and communication of Ega, says: “We firmly believe that the international market is fundamental in a constantly connected and global world, just as it is important to stay up to date with new trends. Riccardo has been with us in the past, and had our president as a mentor, he subsequently gained new international experiences, and now he is back at Ega as key account manager.”
