Kimberly Gishler (pictured left), executive director and Olga Rosenbrook (pictured right), director of membership services at the Corporate Event Marketing Association (CEMA) have resigned from their posts. CEMA was acquired by PCMA in December 2020. Gishler has been the CEMAonline executive director since March 2010, while Rosenbrook has been with CEMA since 2005. President and CEO, PCMA and CEMA Sherrif Karamat, told CMW: “We were fortunate to have Kim and Olga for nearly two years, which facilitated a great transition. Their decision to move on from CEMA after two years has been a natural evolution. As CEMA moves forward, we are looking ahead to an exciting year which will include the launch of an annual benchmarking study. This study will be an invaluable resource for event marketers as they tackle issues important to the event marketing community and profession. “CEMA will also invest significantly in product development and resources to ensure event marketers are equipped with the tools and knowledge they need to navigate an ever-changing business environment.”
